2010 Research Symposium

The 2010 Watershed Symposium is scheduled for Tuesday, February 9, 2010 from 9am to 3pm in the Hurvis Room of the Warch Campus Center, Lawrence University, Appleton, Wisconsin.

Lunch will be provided so please RSVP so we can inform food service.

As a reminder:  If you have any new research to present, presentations can vary from 10 minutes to no more than 30 minutes, including the question and answer session immediately following the presentation but most of the symposium will be dedicated to sharing ideas and brainstorming.  Some of the round table topics will include:

• Research, Monitoring or Other Data Collection / Analysis
• Environmental & Public Health Interrelationship
• Watershed / Lake Hydrology, Quality, or Management
• Habitat, Wetland, & River Restoration / Recovery
• Native Species Benefits & Invasive Species Impacts
• Cultural & Economic Impact Studies
• Impaired Waters, Water Quality Standards, or Total Maximum Daily Loads
